loud music dedicated bar
the noise was a real issue the music played loud every night it made sleep impossible before midnight i found this very disruptive the lack of a proper bar was also disappointing the main bar felt more like a hotel reception it lacked atmosphere and there were no tvs to watch sports it definitely needed another dedicated bar area

pleasant details
main pool sun umbrella helpful staff
the main pool is big i have ever seen it has plenty of sun umbrellas i found it nice to have crisps and nuts when i got drinks i also liked that the staff are so helpful. i arrived late evening and the staff took our suitcases to our room. the staff explained we lost one of the lock keys and he called the maintenance team who came immediately and cut our lock off.

Solid Stay with Some Minor Points
clean room helpful staff
The room was clean. The swimming pools had sparkling water. Staff members were helpful. They always provided quick service. I found the choices at the buffet to be diverse.
The music was too loud near the pool. This made relaxing difficult. The noise level was high at night. Sounds from neighboring hotels were disruptive. I also found the hallways echoed with kids running around.

The room included a stocked minibar and daily towel service. The air conditioning worked efficiently. I appreciated the modern decor and the overall cleanliness. The provided amenities met my expectations.

mixed experience. some issues exsisted.
weak air conditioning insufficient staff
the food was mostly fine, i suppose.
the air conditioning seemed like a joke. it hardly worked in august and the room became too hot. also, there seemed a lack of staff, so getting a clean table was difficult. i sometimes had to get my own drinks.

a decent stay overall
large pool helpful staff dirty floors unclean tables
the hotel had a really big main pool i think it was the largest i had ever seen there were lots of sun umbrellas available the staff helped a lot they took our suitcases to our room when we arrived late.
the hotel cleanliness was not up to standard i think the floors in our room were never cleaned the dining hall was not that clean either tables were not wiped with cleaning products.
